This south Denver neighborhood is located east of University, north of I-25, west of Colorado Blvd and south of Mississippi. Over the last several years the neighborhood as seen widespread re-development: tearing down of old frame homes and the construction of large, mostly contemporary homes – many over 5,000 total square feet.
